"to the end that you won`t be quickly shaken in your mind, nor yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by letter as from us, saying that the day of Christ had come."

" Que no os mováis fácilmente de vuestro sentimiento, ni os conturbéis ni por espíritu, ni por palabra, ni por carta como nuestra, como que el día del Señor esté cerca. "

"que não se deixem abalar nem alarmar tão facilmente, quer por profecia, quer por palavra, quer por carta supostamente vinda de nós, como se o dia do Senhor já tivesse chegado."
