Here is what the Bible says on Isaiah 8, Verse 7:

English: Isaiah 8:7

"now therefore, behold, the Lord brings up on them the waters of the River, strong and many, [even] the king of Assyria and all his glory: and it shall come up over all its channels, and go over all its banks;"

" He aquí por tanto que el Señor hace subir sobre ellos aguas de ríos, impetuosas y muchas, á saber, al rey de Asiria con todo su poder; el cual subirá sobre todos sus ríos, y pasará sobre todas sus riberas: "

"o Senhor está trazendo contra eles as poderosas e devastadoras águas do Eufrates, o rei da Assíria com todo o seu poderio. Elas transbordarão em todos os seus canais, encobrirão todas as suas margens"
