Here is what the Bible says on Isaiah 17, Verse 3:

English: Isaiah 17:3

"The fortress shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus, and the remnant of Syria; they shall be as the glory of the children of Israel, says The LORD of Hosts."

 

In Spanish (En Español): Isaias 17:3

" Y cesará el socorro de Ephraim, y el reino de Damasco; y lo que quedare de Siria, será como la gloria de los hijos de Israel, dice Jehová de los ejércitos. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Isaías 17:3

"Efraim deixará de ser uma fortaleza, e Damasco uma realeza; o remanescente de Arã será como a glória dos israelitas", anuncia o Senhor dos Exércitos."
