Jeremiah 36 Verse 23 - The Holy Bible : English

Here is what the Bible says on Jeremiah 36, Verse 23:

English: Jeremiah 36:23

"It happened, when Jehudi had read three or four leaves, that [the king] cut it with the penknife, and cast it into the fire that was in the brazier, until all the scroll was consumed in the fire that was in the brazier."

 

In Spanish (En Español): Jeremias 36:23

" Y fué que, como Jehudí hubo leído tres ó cuatro planas, rasgólo con un cuchillo de escribanía, y echólo en el fuego que había en el brasero, hasta que todo el rollo se consumió sobre el fuego que en el brasero había. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Jeremias 36:23

"Assim que Jeudi terminava de ler três ou quatro colunas, o rei as cortava com uma faca de escrivão e as atirava no braseiro, até que o rolo inteiro foi queimado no braseiro."
