English: 1 Chronicles 12:17

"David went out to meet them, and answered them, If you be come peaceably to me to help me, my heart shall be knit to you; but if [you be come] to betray me to my adversaries, seeing there is no wrong in my hands, the God of our fathers look thereon, and rebuke it."

" Y David salió á ellos, y hablóles diciendo: Si habéis venido á mí para paz y para ayudarme, mi corazón será unido con vosotros; mas si para engañarme en pro de mis enemigos, siendo mis manos sin iniquidad, véalo el Dios de nuestros padres, y demándelo. "

"Davi saiu ao encontro deles e lhes disse: "Se vocês vieram em paz, para me ajudarem, estou pronto para recebê-los. Mas, se querem trair-me e entregar-me aos meus inimigos quando minhas mãos não cometeram violência, que o Deus de nossos antepassados veja isso e julgue vocês"."
