Here is what the Bible says on 1 Kings 2, Verse 24:

English: 1 Kings 2:24

"Now therefore as The LORD lives, who has established me, and set me on the throne of David my father, and who has made me a house, as he promised, surely Adonijah shall be put to death this day."

 

In Spanish (En Español): 1 reyes 2:24

" Ahora pues, vive Jehová, que me ha confirmado y me ha puesto sobre el trono de David mi padre, y que me ha hecho casa, como me había dicho, que Adonía morirá hoy. "

"E agora eu juro pelo nome do Senhor, que me estabeleceu no trono de meu pai Davi, e, conforme prometeu, fundou uma dinastia para mim, que hoje mesmo Adonias será morto! ""
