1 Kings 1 Verse 13 - The Holy Bible : English

Here is what the Bible says on 1 Kings 1, Verse 13:

English: 1 Kings 1:13

"Go and get you in to king David, and tell him, Didn`t you, my lord, king, swear to your handmaid, saying, Assuredly Solomon your son shall reign after me, and he shall sit on my throne? why then does Adonijah reign?"

 

In Spanish (En Español): 1 reyes 1:13

" Ve, y entra al rey David, y dile: Rey señor mío, ¿no has tú jurado á tu sierva, diciendo: Salomón tu hijo reinará después de mí, y él se sentará en mi trono? ¿por qué pues reina Adonía? "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): 1 reis 1:13

"Vá perguntar ao rei Davi: Ó rei, meu senhor, não juraste a esta tua serva, prometendo: ‘Tenha certeza que o seu filho Salomão me sucederá como rei, e se assentará no meu trono? ’ Por que foi então, que Adonias se tornou rei?"
