Here is what the Bible says on Lamentations 1, Verse 20:

English: Lamentations 1:20

"See, The LORD; for I am in distress; my heart is troubled; My heart is turned within me; for I have grievously rebelled: Abroad the sword bereaves, at home there is as death."

 

In Spanish (En Español): Lamentaciones 1:20

" Mira, oh Jehová, que estoy atribulada: mis entrañas rugen, Mi corazón está trastornado en medio de mí; porque me rebelé desaforadamente: De fuera deshijó el cuchillo, de dentro parece una muerte. "

"Veja, Senhor, como estou angustiada! Estou atormentada no íntimo, e no meu coração me perturbo pois tenho sido muito rebelde. Lá fora, a espada a todos consome; dentro impera a morte."
