Here is what the Bible says on Exodus 18, Verse 22:

English: Exodus 18:22

"Let them judge the people at all times. It shall be that every great matter they shall bring to you, but every small matter they shall judge themselves. So shall it be easier for you, and they shall share the load with you."

 

In Spanish (En Español): éxodo 18:22

" Los cuales juzgarán al pueblo en todo tiempo; y será que todo negocio grave lo traerán á ti, y ellos juzgarán todo negocio pequeño: alivia así la carga de sobre ti, y llevarla han ellos contigo. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Êxodo 18:22

"Eles estarão sempre à disposição do povo para julgar as questões. Trarão a você apenas as questões difíceis; as mais simples decidirão sozinhos. Isso tornará mais leve o seu fardo, porque eles o dividirão com você."
