Esto es lo que dice la Biblia en 1 Samuel 22, Verso 17:

Espanol: 1 Samuel 22:17

" Entonces dijo el rey á la gente de su guardia que estaba alrededor de él: Cercad y matad á los sacerdotes de Jehová; porque también la mano de ellos es con David, pues sabiendo ellos que huía, no me lo descubrieron. Mas los siervos del rey no quisieron extender sus manos para matar á los sacerdotes de Jehová. "

 

En Portugues (Português): 1 Samuel 22:17

"Então o rei ordenou aos guardas que estavam ao seu lado: "Matem os sacerdotes do Senhor, pois eles também apóiam Davi. Sabiam que ele estava fugindo, mas nada me informaram". Contudo, os oficiais do rei recusaram erguer as mãos para matar os sacerdotes do Senhor."

 

En Ingles (English): 1 Samuel 22:17

"The king said to the guard who stood about him, Turn, and kill the priests of The LORD; because their hand also is with David, and because they knew that he fled, and didn`t disclose it to me. But the servants of the king wouldn`t put forth their hand to fall on the priests of The LORD."
