"Mesmo que se escondam no topo do Carmelo, lá os caçarei e os prenderei. Ainda que se escondam de mim no fundo do mar, ali ordenarei à serpente que os morda."

" Y si se escondieren en la cumbre del Carmelo, allí los buscaré y los tomaré; y aunque se escondieren de delante de mis ojos en el profundo de la mar, allí mandaré á la culebra, y morderálos. "

"Though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out there; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, there will I command the serpent, and it shall bite them."
