Amos 5 Verse 11 - The Holy Bible : English

Here is what the Bible says on Amos 5, Verse 11:

English: Amos 5:11

"Forasmuch therefore as you trample on the poor, and take taxes from him of wheat: you have built houses of hewn stone, but you shall not dwell in them; you have planted pleasant vineyards, but you shall not drink the wine of it."

 

In Spanish (En Español): Amos 5:11

" Por tanto, pues que vejáis al pobre y recibís de él carga de trigo; edificasteis casas de sillares, mas no las habitaréis; plantasteis hermosas viñas, mas no beberéis el vino de ellas. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Amós 5:11

"Vocês pisam no pobre e o forçam a dar-lhes o trigo. Por isso, embora vocês tenham construído mansões de pedra, nelas não morarão; embora tenham plantado vinhas verdejantes, não beberão do seu vinho."
