English: Romans 13:1

"Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who be are ordained by God."

" TODA alma se someta á las potestades superiores; porque no hay potestad sino de Dios; y las que son, de Dios son ordenadas. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Romanos 13:1
