Here is what the Bible says on Ezra 4, Verse 13:

English: Ezra 4:13

"Be it known now to the king that if this city is built, and the walls finished, they will not pay tribute, custom, or toll, and in the end it will be hurtful to the kings."

 

In Spanish (En Español): Ezra 4:13

" Ahora, notorio sea al rey, que si aquella ciudad fuere reedificada, y los muros fueren establecidos, el tributo, pecho, y rentas no darán, y el catastro de lo reyes será menoscabado. "

 

In Portuguese (Em Português): Esdras 4:13

"Além disso, é preciso que o rei saiba que, se essa cidade for reconstruída e os seus muros reparados, não mais se pagarão impostos, tributos ou taxas, e as rendas do rei sofrerão prejuízo."
